| The Aquarius Series |
Aquarius homes have an attached tower, preserving interior space and enabling a walk-out sunspace balcony on the second floor- a solar space for the master bedroom. The stairway wraps around a massive central fireplace with a vaulted ceiling open-to-below. There are two versions: 2075 square feet and 2519 square feet with three to four bedrooms. 1348 or 1578 square feet of recreational space are available in the basements.
