Southern Comfort The first Southern Comfort was a custom home designed to use the heavy timber structure for visual appeal with multiple winding stairways and walkways. The plan became a standard- but the Craftsman-style details, doors, and decoration are available options. It is Enertia’s largest standard model at 3,789 sq. ft., plus 2,704 sq. ft. rec/family/utility area below.
